  • Smoking Policy

    Property is non smoking and smoking is prohibitedf in the whole property area. Smoking is allowed only on designated areas. 

  • Acitivities

    Parties and noisy events are not allowed.

  • Pet Policy

    Pets are not allowed.

  • Service Policy

    • All children under 3 years are free of charge in a crib (subject to availability).
    • Private parking is subject to availability and costs 40 GEL per day/600 GEL per month.
    • Free WIFI is available in the whole property area.
    • Houskeeping service is subject to payment. Please ask the prices on reception.

  • Other

    Guest Conduct: We expect guests to maintain respect for other guests, our staff, and property. Any damage caused by a guest will be charged to the guest's account.

    Additional Guests: Any additional guest must be registered at the front desk, and an extra charge may apply.

    Property Rights: The management reserves the right to refuse service, evict guests for non-compliance with these rules, and update policies as needed.
